Trekell Onyx (Syn. Squirrel) Quill Mop
QUILL MOP - 8000 SERIES
The quill mop is perfect for watercolors and laying large washes. The synthetic squirrel hair can retain a lot of liquid. Thanks to that trait and its unique shape, such as its precision point, a quill mop provides creative artists with a number of options. This brush is on a short handle.
Designed with control in mind, Trekell’s Onyx brushes unite precision with unhampered flow, all without the fear of flare outs. Like Trekell’s other synthetic brushes, an Onyx mimics nature incredibly well.
- Ideal for watercolor, gouache and fluid acrylic
- Synthetic / Vegan-friendly
- Soft, slightly textured bristles

Trekell Onyx (Syn. Squirrel) Quill Mop

Published Thursday, 2 July 20265 out of 5I first came upon the brand Trekel from the web site Mind of Water colour. They seemed to get a pretty good review. I was surprised that we were able to purchase them in New Zealand The brush has a lovely fine point and good volume in the belly for holding a lot of water and I am very happy with the purchase and the excellent delivery service.
