‘After the Rain’ combines my love of wool applique, embroidery and machine piecing. I have used a variety of my favourite threads and embroidery stitches. Each applique block is pieced together with a different block technique. - Wendy.

Materials listed in the pattern include pure wool background (Wonderfil) for the applique, hand dyed wool felt, embroidery floss or stranded thread, perle 8 cottons (Wonderfil), wool thread (Wonderfil) and embroidery needles to complete the 12 blocks.
