Holbein Meltz Coloured Pencils Blender 35ml
Conveniently blend, blur, soften and mix Holbein Artists' Coloured Pencil with MELTZ, a water based blending thinner.
Blending, gradations or brush stroke like effects can be achieved by using MELTZ on an area already covered with Holbein Artists' Coloured Pencil.
While some colors are more difficult to mix or blend, color mixing is best done when Holbein Artists' Coloured Pencil has been applied in a cross-hatch or layered pattern.

Holbein Meltz Coloured Pencils Blender 35ml

Published Thursday, 3 April 20254 out of 5I haven't put the product to much use yet, but it does seem to 'melt' my polychromos pencils reasonably well. It turns the pencil into a sort of paste on the paper that can be moved around like thick watercolour, and it seems tricky to get an even result. I think I will be using it for very small areas of blending.
