Daniel Smith Primary Mixing Set 15ml 3 Tubes & Case

Daniel Smith Primary Mixing Set 15ml 3 Tubes

If you’re wondering where to start your watercolor journey, these mixing sets are made for you.

Each set comes with three 15ml tubes of DANIEL SMITH Extra Fine™ Watercolor inside a handy snap-lid travel case.

Also included are details on how to work with the Color Wheel to mix your three colors into a myriad of beautiful hues that spans the rainbow.

Primary Mixing Set: Carmine, Ultramarine Blue, Hansa Yellow Medium

A color wheel is a diagram that shows how mixing colors works. When you mix with any two of the three primary colors, you can create an array of secondary colors in shades of orange, purple and green. When you mix a primary with a secondary color, you can explore another level of tertiary tones. Complementary colors live opposite each other on the color wheel, which means they look good beside each other in your artwork, or you can mix them to get darker, shadowy colors. There are lots more mixing tips inside the package!
