Achieve a colour depth, similar to oil paint, by mixing Liquitex Matte Gel Medium to Liquitex Heavy Body Acrylic Paint. When applied in thin layers will remain transparent.
Liquitex Matte Gel Medium has a similar viscosity and body as Liquitex Heavy Body Acrylic Paint and perfectly lends itself for use on mixed media or collage artwork for a textured translucent satin/matte finish.

Published Friday, 26 April 20245 out of 5This is a really nice gel medium. I bought to use with water soluble pencil and it blends well. A nice weight and drys in good time. Being Matte, this gel doesn’t stand out on your work, which is the desired effect. Love this gel medium and I wanted to keep using it.
